ご記入いただきました個人情報について、株式会社ノムラメディアス（以下「当社」）は
以下の内容により取扱います。
1.個人情報の利用目的
皆様の個人情報は、ご記入いただいた返金お問い合わせへの対応のためにのみ利用いたします。
お問い合わせフォームでは以下の項目を入力していただきます。
お名前、メールアドレス、ミュージアムへの来訪日
また返金業務を行うにあたり、返金対応窓口により以下の項目をお聞きいたします。
ご購入レシート内容、送金先住所、電話番号
お問い合わせフォーム、窓口対応時にお客様から取得した情報は、返金対応業務の目的のみ利用します。
2.個人情報の第三者提供・委託
当社は、取得した個人情報について、第三者に提供することはありません。
ただし、この問い合わせフォームで得た情報を、委託元の任天堂株式会社と共有する可能性があります。
利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内で、秘密保持の措置を含む契約を結んだ委託先業者へ委託します。
